Following on from the residency consider:
What are the main challenges in ethics, responsibility and sustainability that I need personally to tackle when I return from the module? To what an extent could partnership and/or leadership of place approaches enable me to address these issues? How has experiential learning from the residency informed my practice?
You may focus on your current organization , or your local community if you are not directly employed at present. It is important that you discuss what you personally wish to tackle, rather than analyzing a company or a region more generally. Make sure to look to the future , not the past. Draw from theory and your knowledge of local conditions to develop your argument. Ensure that you critically review and reflect on experiential learning gained within the Resisdency (University of Cumbria, Lakes District, UK).
