The Facilities Management module addresses, among other issues, the design and use of clean rooms.
The student is required to provide a review of clean room design, with a specific focus on the two complementary issues of:
Limiting the introduction of contamination into the controlled space (i.e. personnel gowning and procedures, etc.)
Removing the contamination from the controlled space (i.e. airflow and air handling, etc.).
The review should the form of a written report, of approximately 2000 words. It should be structured professionally, and so include a table of contents, numbered headings, proper references, and so forth, as advised during the regularly-scheduled module.
